Corey Eyers
I am a lighting operator based in Melbourne. I specialise in pyrotechnics and special effects.
I started my career playing DJ sets at many of the underground bush doofs and warehouse partys happening around Victoria, I soon started making friends with the ‘sound guys’ at these events, I ended up working for some of them setting up and babysitting the sound systems at different events mostly in Victoria and some interstate.
At some point I moved onto working as a sound engineer and systems technician at some of the nightclubs around the Melbourne CBD. I found myself working at a venue on King st for many years which is where I found a love for operating light shows.
This is where my passion is now.
